(1) Roof: Colored coated panel has beautiful appearance and excellent performance, which arouses the interest of architects and owners. The roof not only meets the functions of wind and rain protection, but also has design characteristics. The roof system made of color-coated panels can add color to other architectural elements, and can achieve large-scale changes in the spokes and joints of roof panels. The roof slope of coloured slab building is larger, the typical value is 3:12 or even higher, which is convenient for the rapid discharge of rainwater. A small sloping roof is not easy to see. Aluminum-plated galvanized lamp boards are usually used. For roofs with slopes less than 1/4:12, it is more economical to use aluminized galvanized lamp panels. Practice has proved that after 20 years of use, it still maintains excellent performance.

 

Roof panels are usually placed not directly on purlins, but on skeletons, which can be made of wood or steel. Thirty pounds of paper or similar materials are usually placed between the roof panel and the bracket. Some painted roofs are designed in the form of direct contact. The typical height of the weld is about 3/4 to 2 inches. The roof slab welded by biting method and traditional box method is fixed on the skeleton with hidden clamp or iron angle fixed on the weld seam, and the whole welded roof slab is fixed on the skeleton with iron hoop or hidden buckle. Movable iron hoop and angle design can prevent thermal expansion and shrinkage of roof.
